Negative: The accessibility for disabled. My husband was on crutches and had to go up and down a lot of stairs to get into main parts of the hotel. Also a lot of the doors didn’t have the handicap button which would have helped.
Summary: Great, romantic, and a little uncomfortable for my husband to jump through the hoops of accessibility.

Positive: Room was very large with a kitchenette.
Negative: The room had the faint smell of cigar smoke. Also there was only one window to the inside court. Being a bit claustrophobic, this was not perfect. The breakfast wasn't bad. The staff, however, was eating while bringing the food out which made it less appetizing. Parking wasn't included in the price of the hotel, and was super expensive - ~$30 for the night - a bit excessive for Grand Rapids.
